Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Hold (operated by Jackson Carnes) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original charge date.

The 7-day free trial is not a charge — no payment is taken until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial in-app to avoid being charged.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Our checkout, billing, and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). To request a refund, you have two options:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout
  • Email us at jackson@arcstone.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Recurring Subscriptions

For renewals after the initial 30-day window, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period — please reach out if you need one.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app Settings or via the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation stops all future billing; you retain access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
