Hold ("Hold," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Hold accountability application and related services accessible at usehold.app (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Service.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during registration, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Hold including:
